About Us
The Craftsmen Behind Luxury Custom Trim Services
We believe the details make the home — and that custom millwork should be built with precision, patience, and respect. No shortcuts. No callbacks.
Locally Owned. Locally Operated. Locally Trusted.
Luxury Custom Trim Services was built on a simple idea: the homes people love most are the ones where every detail was considered. We’re not a production trim crew — we’re a custom millwork shop serving discerning homeowners since 2014, based right here in McKinney.
When you call Luxury Custom Trim Services, you talk directly to Sergio Lugo. We’re hands-on, we answer our phones, and we stand behind every piece we build.
From custom built-ins and entertainment centers to crown molding, wainscoting, and coffered ceilings — we design, build, and finish it all. We’re Licensed & Insured, and we work alongside McKinney's custom-home builders, remodelers, and interior designers because they know the work will be right the first time.

Our Values
What We Stand For
Precision First
Tight miters, level reveals, scribed fits. Fine millwork is measured in sixteenths, and we build like it.
Furniture-Grade Quality
Premium stain-grade and paint-grade materials, finished by hand — built to be admired up close, not just from the doorway.
Direct Accountability
You won’t get shuffled to a call center. You work directly with the craftsman building the finest details of your home.
On Schedule, On Spec
Builders and designers count on us to hit their timelines. We give you a clear schedule up front and keep our word.
White-Glove Job Sites
Dust protection, daily cleanup, and a final walkthrough. We treat your home like the finished space it is.
Community Focused
Based in McKinney, we live in the communities we serve. Frisco, Dallas, Grand Prairie — these aren’t just service areas. They’re home.
